Guacamole's

Best street tacos in Longmont, and yes, I've been to them all. I like the asada tacos "with everything". The corn tortillas are always fresh and tasty. The salsa verde is a great addition. Honest, family run restaurant, so happy to see this here.

I'm from San Diego and haven't had authentic Mexican food since I moved here, this place really exceeded my expectations! The adobada and asada tacos I had were great and the salsa was a good heat. Will definitely come back

I love this hole in the wall restaurant! Breakfast burritos are the best, dinner just as good.
